CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations. Cancellations with less notice will incur a charge totaling 55% of the scheduled service fee charged to the card on file. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we’ll need to reschedule, and a 55% of the scheduled service fee will be charged to the card on file. Same-day cancellations/no show will be charged 90% of the scheduled service fee. For new clients: If you reschedule more than once or cancel without rescheduling, you will forfeit your deposit and lose future booking privileges. Thank you for your understanding!
